Location: Woodstock, IL

Schedule : 3:00PM-1:00AM

Pay rate: $25.00

Duties:

1. Lead daily operations on the production line, ensuring efficiency and adherence to safety protocols while fostering teamwork and open communication.
2. Perform equipment troubleshooting, machine setup, changeovers, and adjustments while overseeing safe operations and training team members.
3. Monitor and maintain product quality, performing audits and ensuring all HACCP/process checks are completed on time and accurately.
4. Assist with scheduling, prioritize tasks to meet production targets, and evaluate employee performance to improve efficiency.

Requirements:

1. High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience, with bilingual communication skills in English and Spanish preferred.
2. Previous experience in manufacturing or production, with the ability to operate and train others on machinery and equipment.
3. Strong leadership skills, capable of motivating and guiding team members toward operational excellence.
4. Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends, and be comfortable in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
